For refrigeration equipment that is not cooling it can be a costly breakdown.  The BevWizz response time is four hours  for "Metro" markets (within 60km of GPO major cities) and for "Regional" markets the response time is five hours during  business hours.  Priority service is given to equipment that displays or stores perishable food products and is currently under a service contract arrangement.
